Strength training activities are designed to improve muscular strength and fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or even your own body weight.
HIintensity
High-intensity exercises are structured to induce fat burning by focusing on the cardiovascular system and getting your heart rate up above 75% of your max heart rate (on average) for a short period of time.
Mobility
